What kind of support is included with my plan?
All plans get access to our knowledge base and email support (because that's the bare minimum, c'mon). Professional and Enterprise plans also get live chat, phone support, and strategic guidance sessions with actual smart humans who know marketing.
How quickly can I expect a response?
Live chat? Usually 2 minutes. Email? 4 hours for Pro/Enterprise, 24 hours for Starter (we're not monsters, we just have priorities). If you email us at 3am, we'll get back to you when we wake up. Fair?
Do you offer training for new team members?
Absolutely! We do comprehensive onboarding for new teams (because nobody wants to figure this out alone), plus ongoing training webinars and certification programs. Your team will go from "what's a marketing funnel?" to "I am the marketing funnel" in no time.
